We're looking for a hands-on paid marketer to run search and social across Google, Meta, Microsoft, and emerging channels such as ChatGPT ads. You'll build agents with Lovable that read performance, move budgets, catch issues, and make changes. This is an IC role for someone senior who likes being in the detail and building the machine, not just operating it.
Why Lovable?
Lovable lets anyone build software by chatting with AI. From solo founders to Fortune 100 teams, millions of people use Lovable to turn raw ideas into real products, fast. We're at the front of a foundational shift in how software gets made, which means real room to change how the digital world works. Lovable-built apps and sites get hundreds of millions of visits a month, and our enterprise footprint is compounding. We're just getting started.
We're a small, talent-dense team building a generation-defining company. We value extreme ownership, high velocity, and low-ego collaboration. We look for people who care deeply, ship fast, and want to make a dent in the world.
What we’re looking for:
- 7+ years running paid search and paid social. You've owned significant budgets across Google and Meta, you know your way around Microsoft Ads, and you've worked in at least one DSP (DV360, Criteo, or The Trade Desk).
- Automation-led. You don't do by hand what a script or an agent could do. You've built automations for reporting, budget pacing, or optimisation, and you're comfortable with platform APIs and pulling your own data.
- A social-creative scaler. You understand social scales on creative, and you can keep a diversified asset pipeline moving with the creative team. You've taken a paid social channel from small to large and kept it efficient on the way up.
- Efficiency-minded. You think in CAC and payback, and you can tell efficient growth from spend that just looks like growth.
- Hands-on by choice. You'd rather be in the account driving impact than in a deck. You like the detail, and you build things yourself.
- Already building with AI. You use AI day to day, you're comfortable building agents, and you'll use Lovable to ship the tools this role runs on.
- Technical spiking. You go deep in at least one of: data analytics, data engineering, or tracking and measurement. You don't need all three at that level, but you need to be strong in one, comfortable in the rest, and delivering the work yourself.
What you’ll do:
- Run paid search and paid social end to end. Own the channels across Google, Microsoft, Meta, and emerging AI surfaces like ChatGPT. You set the account structure, the bids, the budgets, and the targets.
- Automate the day-to-day. Build agents and automations with Lovable that read performance, pace and shift budgets, flag issues before they cost us, and make the changes. The goal is a paid program that mostly runs itself, with you steering.
- Scale paid social through creative. Keep a steady supply of diversified assets in market, and know which creative to push when. You've scaled social before, so you know volume and variety are what keep it working.
- Go programmatic where it pays. Use a DSP (DV360, Criteo, or The Trade Desk) to extend into prospecting, retargeting, and new inventory, and hold the same efficiency bar there as everywhere else.
- Protect the signal. This is where your technical depth shows up, and you deliver it yourself rather than handing it to a data team. Build and debug the tracking (server-side/CAPI, pixels, cookies, consent, and deduplication), and write the queries that judge channels on incrementality instead of platform-reported ROAS alone.
- Stay in the detail. You'll be in the accounts, running tests on audiences, bids, and creative, and building most of this yourself. This is a role for someone who wants their hands on the work.
