Lovable is hiring a Customer Marketer to build our enterprise customer storytelling motion from the ground up. You'll uncover powerful stories, make our customers look like the heroes they are, and design co-marketing programs that give them real value in return. It's a rare blend of storyteller, relationship builder, and zero-to-one operator — at one of Europe's fastest-growing companies.
Why Lovable?
Lovable lets anyone and everyone build software with any language. From solopreneurs to Fortune 100 teams, millions of people use Lovable to transform raw ideas into real products - fast. We are at the forefront of a foundational shift in software creation, which means you have an unprecedented opportunity to change the way the digital world works. Lovable-built applications and websites are visited hundreds of millions of times a month, and our enterprise footprint is compounding fast. And we’re just getting started. We’re a small, talent-dense team building a generation-defining company from Stockholm. We value extreme ownership, high velocity, and low-ego collaboration. We seek out people who care deeply, ship fast, and are eager to make a dent in the world.
What We’re Looking For:
- 5+ years in customer or product marketing. You've owned all or most of the core pillars of a great customer marketing program: building customer story pipelines, turning customer insight into content, standing up sales references, and enabling the business on proof points that drive go-to-market.
- Genuinely strong writer and storyteller. You hold yourself to a world-class standard across every format: video, case studies, slides, and web. You make the people you feature look extraordinary while surfacing the product capabilities that made their success possible.
- 0-to-1 operator. You've launched customer marketing programs from scratch. You anticipate GTM needs before they come asking, and you build programs that are easy to discover, and hard to ignore.
- Strong relationship builder. You earn trust fast — internally across marketing, CS, sales, and product, and externally with customers. You've run multi-touchpoint co-marketing programs spanning campaigns, video, and events. An hour with you feels like ten hours of value delivered.
- AI-native. You don't wait to be told how to use AI, you're already using it to move faster, go deeper, and produce better customer marketing programs.
Preferred: Background in PLG, developer tools, no-code/low-code, or AI; experience pairing customer marketing with sales enablement.
What You’ll Do:
- Uncover and tell powerful customer stories, producing world-class video, case studies, and content that makes customers proud to be featured and prospects inspired by what's possible on Lovable.
- Design and run co-marketing programs that bring customers into campaigns, video series, and events in ways that deliver genuine value back to them, not just to us.
- Build and own our sales reference program, standing up the one-to-one and one-to-many infrastructure that gives sales the proof they need at the moment they need it.
- Build and maintain deep relationships with our most strategic customers, ensuring their feedback and insights shape our roadmap, strategy, and positioning through advisory boards, beta programs, and insights sessions.
- Enable the sales team with the case studies, slides, and customer narratives they need to close, and take ownership of making sure they're discoverable and adopted.
- Own the operational infrastructure behind customer marketing, logo rights, release forms, and co-marketing agreements, in partnership with legal.
