We are building the world’s best AI full stack engineer and need someone exceptional to own our story. You will craft our identity from technical docs to viral content, build our content machine, and help scale Lovable into Europe’s next unicorn. If you can’t translate complex tech into compelling narratives for both developers and non-developers, this isn’t for you.

What we’re looking for:
- You’ve worked 5–10 years in growth at product-led startups, ideally PLG-heavy.
- You’ve shipped countless experiments that improved metrics across the full funnel.
- You have sharp taste: you know what good copy, UX, and brand look like and are fluent in technical and non-technical storytelling.
- You move fast, test often, and build what’s missing. You don’t need hand-holding.
- You’re comfortable with data, analytics, and growth tooling.
Your responsibilities:
- Own our growth engine—across both product and marketing.
- Build out our growth analytics and experimentation infrastructure.
- Find and act on high-leverage growth opportunities across the full funnel.
- Run product experiments that improve activation, retention, and virality.
- Build and scale content, social, and community-driven growth.
- Find & attract the best talent whenever we want to expand our team.
