Louth and Meath Education and Training Board (LMETB) invites applications for teaching positions that may arise during the school year 2026/2027. Panels may be formed for the subject combinations advertised from which other appointments may be made to Post-Primary Schools, PLC Colleges and other centres within LMETB.

Experience required:

  • Delivering QQI Level 5/6 Early Learning and Care programmes
  • Strong knowledge of Aistear and Síolta
  • Experience supporting learners in placement and assessment
  • Familiarity with QQI assignment and skills demonstration requirements

Location: O'Fiaich College PLC, Dundalk, Co. Louth – 5 hours per week (One fixed-term position)

Qualifications, salary scales and conditions of service are in accordance with DES. All vacancies are subject to the post not being required for the Department of Education & Skills Redeployment process. Canvassing by or on behalf of the applicant will disqualify.

Applicants must be registered or in the process of registering with The Teaching Council of Ireland for the subject(s) advertised.
