As a Front of House Team Member, you are a natural when it comes to making people feel welcome and comfortable. You can read each customer. If there is someone with their head in their laptop just wanting a quiet coffee, or a group birthday celebration here for cocktails, tapas and good times, you can effortlessly adapt your style and approach for each. You will work with management and the entire team, delivering 14 great shifts to make sure that every customer leaves happy.
