Cosy Club Graphic Designer – Bristol Loungers are looking for a Graphic Designer to work primarily on our Cosy Club brand, but from time to time will be required to help with our other two brands, Lounge & Brightside. This role will report into Cosy Club Head of Marketing and is based at our Bristol Head Office, so you\’ll need to be based a commutable distance to the City Centre. Key Responsibilities of the role: Menu design – Work closely with the in-house Print & Design Executive to create, update and own all the Cosy Club menus, a big and crucially important part of the role! Campaign assets – Design engaging and on-brand marketing materials to promote key seasonal dates, such as flyers, posters, digital ads and event invitations Email design – Help design our automated & campaign emails which are sent out to the ever-growing Cosy Club database Local Marketing materials – Work with the Local Marketing Executive to create a suit of editable assets that out Cosy Club teams can use to drive sales on a local level (flyers, posters and POS) Asset & photography library management – Oversee and organise the Cosy Club asset library so that all assets are easy to find and up to date New site openings – Deliver full asset packs to support our new site openings in 2025 and beyond Cosy Club Brand guardianship – Ensure the Cosy Club brand looks sophisticated, aspirational and consistent across all marketing touchpoints Design support – working closely with our current in-house Graphic Designer to help support our other two brands (Lounge & Brightside) and other departments in Head Office Skills & Experience required: 2-5 years\’ experience in graphic design, preferably in the hospitality, food, or luxury sector but not essential Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design tools Strong knowledge of typography, layout, colour theory, and print production processes Exceptional attention to detail and a deep understanding of brand consistency Able to manage their workload and different stakeholders across the business Hyper-organised. Resourceful and always \’can-do\’. Adept at juggling multiple priorities and tight timelines Motion design experience would be a bonus, but not essential What\’s in it for you?
