Funko is seeking a CRM Manager – EMEA based in London to lead CRM and lifecycle marketing across email, SMS and emerging channels for the UK and beyond.

You will own regional strategy, partner with global teams, manage localization, data-driven segmentation, and a test-and-learn roadmap to drive engagement, retention and revenue.

This role reports to the senior director, retention & content, and oversees the EMEA CRM team, with flexibility for virtual/hybrid working.
