Role: Temporary Client Services Executive

Start date: Monday 27th October 2025

End date: Friday 13th February 2026

Location: Solihull, Birmingham

What You Will Do At Lounge

  • Co-ordinate returns and exchanges, liaising with customers to ensure they are happy with the service and the process is easy and quick
  • Handle simple monetary responsibilities for returns and exchange management
  • Look after and offer a personal and professional customer service to any incoming queries around sizing, stock, brand, etc.
  • Provide additional admin support to meet day-to-day business requirements

  • Have a fine eye for detail and are a great multitasker
  • Are extremely confident with technology and computer literate
  • Are confident in writing professional communications with good grammar and on-brand terminology

Details

Shifts: 8 am – 4 pm and 10 am – 6 pm (rotating each week)

Work arrangement: 4 out of 5 days from HQ in Solihull with the option to work from home on Wednesdays after training

Weekend work: 1 weekend in every 2 (Saturday & Sunday: 8 am – 4 pm), with 1 day in lieu; all weekend work is work from home

Notes: The Lounge team is growing; this role supports building meaningful, long-lasting relationships with our community and elevating the brand.
