As a smaller, closely-knit team, Indigo Lune offers a unique opportunity to make a real impact and help shape the future of the brand.
Indigo Lune is seeking an organised, detail‑driven Supply Chain Manager to manage the end‑to‑end process of product development and production. This role is critical in ensuring that all jewellery collections are designed, sampled and delivered on time, to cost, and to quality, while maintaining clear communication with internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
The Supply Chain Manager will be responsible for:
- Purchase Orders & Production Management: Raise and manage all purchase orders in line with confirmed costs, quantities, and delivery dates. Own and manage the critical path from development through to ex‑factory and delivery. Track production progress and proactively chase factories to ensure deadlines are met.
- Stakeholder Communication: Provide regular, clear updates to internal stakeholders on order status, development progress, and any risks or delays. Flag potential issues early and propose solutions to maintain timelines.
- Supplier & Factory Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and factories. Ensure suppliers are aligned on expectations, timelines, and quality standards. Negotiate and follow up on lead times, pricing, and production schedules.
- Sampling & Development: Check, track, and chase all development, pre‑production, and production samples. Review samples against specifications and ensure approvals are achieved on time.
- Delivery & Logistics: Monitor and chase ex‑factory dates to ensure on‑time dispatch. Arrange shipping into DC, ensuring all documentation and timelines are met. Work closely with logistics partners to support smooth inbound deliveries.
Here at Indigo Lune we value collaboration, so we all work from the office 4 days out of 5. Our HQ is based in Solihull, Birmingham.
