You\’ll be in charge of the store room, deliveries and readying the kitchen for the day ahead. As well as setting up the kitchen by 9am service, completing prep in line with prep and par, batch cooking and supporting the team to set them up for success for that day and the ones to follow.

What you\’ll bring:
- You\’ll need to live locally to get to site for an early start.
- Kitchen or catering experience is required
- Familiar with managing the receipt of morning deliveries including invoices
- Knowledge on how to store, label and rotate goods correctly
- You will have experience of working alongside Head Chefs and Sous Chefs to update stock availability and ordering requirements
- High standards when it comes to ensuring the walk-in fridge, freezers and all dry store areas are sparkling clean and to all Food Safety standards
- Availability to support with breakfast and brunch service
- Attention to detail to complete any deep cleaning jobs that need attention
- Admin support to complete Back of House book for the morning including all temperature and probe checks
