Overview
The Lounge team is growing, we’re looking for Store Assistants to work as part of our store based in Bristol (Cabot Circus). We’re after someone who is passionate about customer service and wants to support us in bringing Lounge to real life! Customer Experience is paramount to us as a brand, and we are looking for Store Assistants who have a true passion for exceptional customer experience and a love of Lounge.
This role is vital in helping maintain the close community we have created online. In Real Life, as part of our in-store team, you will be responsible for helping to look after all customers that walk through the doors, ensuring you are an expert in all Lounge products and can provide an experience unlike any other to our community. You will ensure customer fittings are done to the highest level and ensure our store looks and feels like Lounge’s home. Our community will always be the most important thing to us and we want to ensure they are given the best experience possible.
What you will do at Lounge:
- Work closely with our Supervisors and Head of Store to look after each and every customer and provide guidance and support through the customer journey.
- Support all customers through the fitting process, ensuring you are an expert in all Lounge’s products and can give accurate information.
- Be a champion for all of Lounge’s Brand Values.
- Maintain a clean, organised stock room, ensuring all products are laid out in store to maintain a high store standard.
- Accurately handle all transactions and returns process.
- Assist each customer through their journey in-store whilst providing expert insight into our products.

Eligibility:
- You must be legally authorised to work in the UK.
- You must be over the age of 18 years old.
- Must be able to prove Right to Work and any evidence related to this.
- You must also be able to travel to the store in which you work.
Availability:
You must be willing to work a flexible schedule that includes weekends, evenings, holidays and non-business hours.
