The Lounge team is growing! We are looking for a CRM Executive to join our rapidly growing business. Since 2015, Lounge has grown from an eCommerce underwear brand designed to bless women with Comfort Made Sexy into an Omnichannel modern fashion house inspired to make a woman feel empowered, beautiful, sexy, and comfortable in one’s skin.
During this growth, our Brand has built out 11 departments that underpin all that Lounge stands for and endeavours to be. As a CRM Executive, you will help the CRM team scale and drive growth.
We are looking for an enthusiastic individual who is eager to learn, grow, and make an impact in a fast-growing team. If you're excited about starting your journey with Lounge and helping us elevate the brand to the next level, this role is for you.
What you will do at Lounge:
- Help drive growth and mail & SMS excellence by supporting strategy planning and email campaign builds to maximise performance and meet KPIs.
- Drive forward the implementation and optimisation of email automations.
- Report on territory performance, whilst investigating ways to drive performance.
- Build segmentation to target specific customers and to build a personalised customer journey.
- Implement core localisation optimisations that allow us to drive performance and stay relevant in each market.
- Report and analyse customer insights and behaviours.
- Have a data-driven mindset and fuel this into decision-making, working with your manager on how this sits within the strategy.
- Have a creative approach, ensuring every touchpoint with the customer stands out from the competition.
- Have excellent QA Standards ensuring Lounge standards of excellence are always achieved.
- Help drive a testing roadmap to ensure that both creative and copy are fully optimised and localised in each territory.
- Understand competitor landscape and be able to identify and analyse competitor campaigns and strategies.
- Help drive copy writing that is relevant to our audience and that applies knowledge acquired by data analysis and test and learn approach.

- Have experience with Klaviyo.
- Have platform implementation experience.
- Are analytical minded and have the ability to make decisions according to data.
- Have experience in Email Marketing, CRM, and Google Analytics.
- Have experience tracking and analysing campaigns.
- Are an Excel wizard.
- Are a problem solver by nature and also a critical thinker.
- Have a thirst for knowledge and thrive for development.
