We\’re on the lookout for a Junior Email Marketing Executive to join our growing CRM team at Lounge. This is the perfect opportunity for someone at the start of their career, with a sharp eye for detail, a passion for delivering high-quality work, and a drive to keep things creative amidst the day-to-day.

As a Junior Email Marketing Executive, your focus will be on the quality, accuracy, and consistency of our campaigns and supporting the daily execution of CRM tasks. If you\’re someone who loves ticking things off the list, spotting what others miss, and taking pride in getting the details right, this could be the role for you.

What you\’ll do at Lounge:

  • Support daily CRM deliverables, ensuring email campaigns are set up accurately and delivered on time.
  • Own the QA process: reviewing content, links, personalisation, and formatting to uphold Lounge\’s high standards.
  • Support with the build and testing of Email Marketing campaigns.
  • Help maintain and update campaign calendars to support smooth BAU delivery.
  • Work with the wider CRM team to ensure optimal segmentation & send times.
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance, flagging any issues or inconsistencies.
  • Conduct competitor analysis to help the team stay informed on industry best practices.
  • Support testing plans across creative and copy, making sure all variations meet brand standards before launch.

What we\’re looking for:

  • A keen eye for detail, you notice when something\’s off and take pride in getting things right.
  • Highly organised and process-driven, with a love for following (and improving) checklists and workflows.
  • A collaborative team player who\’s eager to learn and build their CRM knowledge.
  • Comfortable working in Excel (basic formulas, sorting/filtering, etc)
  • A \”can-do\” attitude and a passion for quality.
  • Basic knowledge or exposure to email marketing platforms is a bonus but not essential.
  • Experience working with translated or localised content across international regions is a plus, but not essential.
