The Lounge team is growing! We are looking for an Inbound Logistics Manager to join our rapidly growing business. Since 2015, Lounge has grown from an eCommerce underwear brand into an omnichannel modern fashion house inspired to make a woman feel empowered, beautiful, sexy, and comfortable in one’s skin. As an Inbound Logistics Manager, you will help the Supply Chain Team ensure a smooth flow of stock into our DCs in the most timely and efficient manner. We are looking for an enthusiastic individual who is eager to learn, grow, and make an impact in a fast‑growing team.
What You Will Do At Lounge:
- Manage the critical path for specific suppliers, tracking key milestones and deadlines to ensure on‑time delivery of products.
- Work closely with suppliers to address any potential delays or issues in the production and transportation process.
- Select and coordinate transportation methods for inbound shipments, optimising cost, speed, and reliability.
- Organise transportation to make sure new collections launch on time.
- Collaborate with external logistics partners to track shipments, manage customs clearance, and resolve any logistics‑related issues.
- Work closely with other stakeholders in the business such as merchandising, product, eCom, finance & our warehouse team.
- Ensure all documentation, including bills of lading, customs paperwork, and other relevant documents, are accurate, complete, and compliant with regulations.
- Ensure accurate and compliant identification of Harmonised System (HS) codes for imported products.
- Establish effective communication channels with warehouse teams to ensure smooth receipt and storage of incoming shipments.
- Address and resolve any warehouse‑related PO issues promptly, maintaining efficient operations.
