We are looking for a Head of Partnerships to work alongside a small leadership team to deliver Lounge’s Influencer partnerships programme, helping shape strategy and ensure campaigns deliver strong commercial and brand outcomes. Since 2015, Lounge has grown from an eCommerce underwear brand designed to bless women with Comfort Made Sexy, into an omnichannel modern fashion house inspired to make women feel empowered, beautiful, sexy and comfortable in their own skin. During this growth, our brand has built out multiple departments that underpin everything Lounge stands for.

As a Head of Partnerships, you will play a key role in shaping our partnerships strategy and working closely with the wider partnerships team to deliver the programme that connects Lounge with creators and collaborators around the world. This role will oversee our partnerships activity across markets, ensuring collaborations are commercially effective, creatively strong and aligned with wider marketing goals. We are looking for a commercially minded individual who understands the power of creator partnerships and can build strong programmes that deliver measurable impact.

What you will do at Lounge:

  • Work with the Influencer Partnerships leadership team to shape and deliver the partnerships programme, ensuring campaigns drive strong commercial and brand outcomes.
  • Identify and build relationships with creators and partners that align with the Lounge brand and audience.
  • Support the planning and delivery of partnerships campaigns across key markets, ensuring activity runs smoothly and effectively.
  • Contribute to the management and allocation of the partnerships budget, helping prioritise investment effectively.
  • Analyse campaign performance and use insights to optimise future partnerships activity.
  • Work closely with teams across Performance Marketing, Paid Media, Social and Brand to ensure Partnerships activity is fully integrated into wider marketing campaigns.
  • Manage negotiations and commercial agreements with partners and agencies.
  • Maintain strong partner relationships and act as a key contact for strategic collaborations.
  • Provide clear reporting and insight on programme performance to senior stakeholders.
