The Lounge team is growing. Since 2015, Lounge has evolved from an eCommerce underwear brand into an omnichannel modern fashion house, inspiring women to feel empowered, beautiful, sexy, and comfortable in their own skin. We are looking for a Head of Marketing & Analytics to join our rapidly growing business on a 12-month fixed-term contract.

As Head of Marketing & Analytics, you will play a key role in supporting the wider Marketing function by ensuring performance, customer insight, and brand impact are clearly measured, shared, and used to drive better decision-making. Working closely with channel leads across Performance Marketing, CRM, E-commerce, Merchandising and Partnerships, you will ensure marketing insight is consistently shared, understood and used to support performance optimisation and scalable growth. This role reports directly to the CMO and will add value to the overall business strategy by championing the role marketing data and insight plays in driving sustainable growth.

What you will do at Lounge:

  • Own end-to-end marketing measurement and attribution, ensuring insights are accurate, actionable and consistently applied across teams (including Fospha, post-checkout surveys and GA4).
  • Lead the reporting, analysis and communication of all core Marketing KPIs, including brand performance, campaign effectiveness and trend analysis across all markets.
  • Collaborate closely with the performance marketing team to ensure overall marketing alignment.
  • Manage live campaign analysis, ensuring alignment across E-commerce, Merchandising, Brand, Influencer, Stores and wider Marketing teams.
  • Deliver customer reporting and insight covering product behaviour, audience profiling, cross-sell and upsell opportunities, and customer journey insights.
  • Conduct localisation and market-level analysis to uncover consumer trends, behavioural shifts and campaign performance, using insight to shape market-specific strategies.
  • Work closely with E-commerce teams on the customer journey and conversion rate optimisation, including site merchandising from a marketing perspective, landing page performance and bounce-rate improvements.
  • Partner with Merchandising to analyse marketing performance & product trends.
  • Share insight-driven recommendations on overall brand impact, monitoring peaks and troughs and measuring the impact of major activations.
  • Support the development of CRM strategy and measurement, partnering closely with the Head of CRM to strengthen customer lifecycle reporting, campaign performance analysis, segmentation insight and attribution of CRM activity within the wider marketing mix.
  • Drive the relationship with our analytics tools to improve attribution accuracy and understanding of channel and market impact, supporting efficient new customer acquisition.
  • Forecast, track and report on key digital marketing KPIs, ensuring alignment with business goals and sustainable growth across all markets.
  • Manage end-of-month and forecast-vs-actual reporting, including budget reconciliation with Finance and preparation of clear spend rationales.
  • Share insights regularly across departments, ensuring teams stay informed of performance changes, emerging trends and new opportunities.

We would love it if you:

  • Have strong experience in marketing analytics, performance reporting or commercial insight within a high-growth eCommerce or consumer business.
  • Proven ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insight for a range of stakeholders.
  • Have hands-on experience with marketing measurement and attribution, with confidence using tools such as GA4, Fospha or similar platforms.
  • Possess strong commercial awareness, with experience in forecasting, budget tracking and performance analysis.
  • Exhibit excellent communication skills, able to influence and align teams through insight rather than direct ownership.
  • Have a collaborative and proactive approach, comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrate high attention to detail, with a clear understanding of how brand and performance marketing work together to drive growth.
