Lounges are pretty special places, and what makes them so special are the brilliant people who run them – and you\’ll be one of them. As a Bar Team Member, you\’re a natural when it comes to making people feel welcome and comfortable.
You can read each customer. Whether someone is quietly working on their laptop or celebrating a birthday with cocktails, tapas, and good times, you can adapt your style effortlessly. You\’ll work with management and the team, delivering 14 great shifts to ensure every customer leaves happy—because of your natural skills.
