Overview
Berretto Lounge is hiring Front of House Team Members to join our Loungers group.
You will be part of the Bar & Waiting team, delivering warm, genuine hospitality to every customer and helping create a welcoming lounge experience for all guests.
We are a growing brand with over 300 sites across England and Wales, offering flexible work that fits around your life.
This role is suitable for part-time, full-time, or flexible work seekers.
Experience isn’t essential—if you’re kind and love hospitality, we’ll teach you the rest.
You’ll read customers and adapt your service style whether it’s a quiet solo coffee or a table full of birthday cocktails, and work with the whole team to ensure customers leave happy.
Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and deliver warm, genuine hospitality from the moment they walk in
- Serve food to a high standard, ensuring each dish lands just right
- Prepare and serve drinks to specification, including coffees, cocktails, and everything in between
- Keep the bar prepped, stocked, and clean throughout every shift
- Handle payments accurately and answer customer queries with confidence, including allergen questions
Qualifications and Experience
- High energy, with strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport and trust
- A self-motivator who works at pace
- Hospitality or retail experience is a bonus, but not essential—we can teach you how to be a great Lounger
- Ability to read customers and adapt service style to fit the situation
