The Lounge team is growing, we\'re looking for Seasonal Store Assistants to work as part of the team in one of our first ever stores based in Leeds (Trinity). We\'re after someone who is passionate about customer service and wants to support us in bringing Lounge to real life! Customer Experience is paramount to us as a brand and we are looking for Seasonal Store Assistants who have a true passion for exceptional customer experience and a love of Lounge. This role is vital in helping maintain the close community we have created online, In Real Life, as part of our in store team you will be responsible for helping to look all customers that walk through the doors- ensuring you are an expert in all Lounge products and can provide an experience unlike any other to our community, ensure customer fittings are done to the highest level and ensuring our store Looks and Feels like Lounge\'s home. Our community will always be the most important thing to us and we want to ensure they are given the best experience possible. Within this role we want you to bring your own skills, ideas and experience whilst working with the rest of our retail team to maintain a collaborative, enthusiastic & dedicated culture to the store- ensuring that customer service remains the most important aspect. What you will do at Lounge:

  • Work closely with our Supervisors and Head of Store to look after each and every customer and provide guidance and support through the customer journey.
  • Support all customers through the fitting process ensuring you are an expert in all Lounge\'s product and can give accurate information.
  • Be a champion for all of Lounge\'s Brand Values.
  • Maintain a clean, organised stock room ensuring all products are laid out in store to maintain a high standard of store.
  • Accurately handle all transactions and returns process.
  • Assist each customer through their journey in store whilst providing expert insight into our products.
    Have a true Love for Lingerie and Fashion.
  • Are a Lounge lover and share in our company values.
  • Have some experience in customer facing roles.
  • Are an effective problem sovler.
  • Are an exceptional communicator.
  • You must be legally authorised to work in the country in the UK.
  • You must be over the age of 18 years old.
  • Must be able to prove Right to Work and any evidence related to this.
  • You must also be able to travel to the store in which you work.
    You must be willing to work a flexible schedule that includes weekends, evenings, holidays and non-business hours.
