Front of House Supervisor Argo Lounge - a local cafe bar in Stroud.
Responsibilities Lead from the front during busy shifts, helping the team deliver great service and keep everything running smoothly.
Support the management team with day-to-day operations of the lounge - opening and closing tasks, and maintaining high standards across the floor.
Coach, guide and motivate the team, ensuring everyone knows their role and feels confident during service.
Keep a close eye on detail, including cleanliness, presentation, food safety, allergens and cash handling processes.
Handle customer queries or complaints confidently, always aiming to turn a good visit into a great one.
Drive sales, manage the bar and pass, and help create a lounge that the local community loves coming back to.
