What You'll Do
- Welcoming customers and delivering warm, genuine hospitality from the moment they walk in
- Serving food to a high standard, making sure every dish lands just right
- Preparing and serving drinks to spec — coffees, cocktails, and everything in between
- Keeping the bar prepped, stocked, and clean throughout every shift
- Handling payments accurately and answering customer queries, including allergen questions, with confidence
About the Role
As part of our Bar & Waiting team, you’ll be the sort of person who can read each customer effortlessly, adapting your style whether it’s a quiet solo coffee or a table full of birthday cocktails.
You’ll work with the whole team to make sure every customer leaves happy; which they tend to do.
