About the Sous Chef Role
Debrito Lounge, a brand‑new site in the UK’s most successful restaurant group, is looking for a Sous Chef to join the opening kitchen team.
This full‑time role is part of our growing hospitality brand across England and Wales, offering genuine career development and progression opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead kitchen shifts with confidence, ensuring service remains smooth, organised and on spec from prep to plate.
- Support the Head Chef day‑to‑day, stepping up in their absence and maintaining high standards on the pass.
- Set the tone for food quality, pace, cleanliness, hygiene and safety with a sharp eye for detail.
- Take ownership of key kitchen routines – prep, par, stock control, waste management, ordering and shift handovers.
- Coach and support the team, helping new and existing chefs build confidence, grow their skills and deliver great food each shift.
