Join the opening Debrito Lounge as part of the Bar & Waiting team.
We’re looking for someone with energy and a natural hospitality mindset who can read customers and adapt their style to create a warm, welcoming experience.
Previous hospitality or retail experience is a bonus but not essential – training is provided to help you become a great Lounger.

Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and deliver warm, genuine hospitality from the moment they walk in.
- Serve food to a high standard, ensuring every dish lands just right.
- Prepare and serve drinks to specification, including coffees and cocktails.
- Keep the bar prepped, stocked, and clean throughout every shift.
- Handle payments accurately and answer customer queries, including allergen questions, with confidence.
Qualifications and Skills
- Energetic, personable, and good communication skills with the ability to build rapport and trust.
- A self-motivator who works at pace.
- Previous hospitality or retail experience is a bonus but not essential; willingness to learn is valued.
