Drago Lounge in the Drago Lounge group is seeking a Junior Sous Chef to join the kitchen team. You will support the Head Chef and Sous Chef, helping the team deliver great shifts and ensure every dish leaves the pass to a high standard.
The role is ideal for an ambitious chef aiming to grow into a senior position, with hourly pay up to 13.30/hr + tips, paid breaks, staff meals, and a 50% food & drinks discount from day one. Evening and weekend work may be required.
