The Lounge team is growing, we’re looking for a Store assistant to help us open our first ever store in Manchester (Trafford). Passionate about customer service and creating an exceptional experience is key.
What you will do at Lounge:
- Work closely with Supervisors and Head of Store to support each customer through their journey.
- Support all customers through the fitting process and provide accurate information about Lounge products.
- Be a champion for Lounge's Brand Values.
- Maintain a clean, organized stock room and display products to a high standard.
- Accurately handle all transactions and the returns process.
- Assist each customer through the store experience whilst providing expert product insight.
Requirements:
- Have a true love for lingerie and fashion.
- Are a Lounge lover and share in our company values.
- Have experience in customer-facing roles.
- Are an effective problem solver.
- Are an exceptional communicator.
Eligibility:
- Legally authorised to work in the UK.
- Over the age of 18 years old.
- Must be able to prove Right to Work and provide any related evidence.
