Overview
We are hiring Front of House Team Members to join Portivo Lounge, a local caf bar.
Part of Loungers, proudly named Casual Dining Group of the Year 2026.
Offering up to 12.71/hr + tips, paid breaks, staff food every shift, and 50% off food & drinks.

As part of our Bar & Waiting team, you will read each customer effortlessly, adapting your style to a quiet solo coffee or a table full of birthday cocktails.
You\'ll work with the whole team to ensure every customer leaves happy.

Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and deliver warm, genuine hospitality from the moment they walk in
- Serve food to a high standard, ensuring every dish lands just right
- Prepare and serve drinks to specification — coffees, cocktails, and everything in between
- Keep the bar prepped, stocked, and clean throughout every shift
- Handle payments accurately and answer customer queries, including allergen questions, with confidence
Qualifications and Skills
- Energetic, personable and able to build rapport and trust
- Good communication skills and the ability to read customers and adapt your style
- Self-motivated and able to work at a fast pace
- Hospitality or retail experience is a bonus but not essential; training is provided to become a great Lounger
