Bar and Waiting Team Member - Bournemouth

Position

Front of House Team Member – Circo Lounge, a local café bar, part of Loungers, previously named Casual Dining Group of the Year 2026.

• What You’ll Do
• Welcoming customers and delivering warm, genuine hospitality from the moment they walk in.
• Serving food to a high standard, making sure every dish lands just right.
• Preparing and serving drinks to spec – coffees, cocktails, and everything in between.
• Keeping the bar prepped, stocked, and clean throughout every shift.
• Handling payments accurately and answering customer queries, including allergen questions, with confidence.

Qualifications

• Good communication skills with ability to build rapport and trust.
• Self‑motivated and capable of working at pace.
• Previous hospitality or retail experience is a bonus but not essential; we can teach you how to be a great Lounger.
