As part of our Bar & Waiting team, you'll be the sort of person who can read each customer effortlessly, adapting your style whether it's a quiet solo coffee or a table full of birthday cocktails.
You'll work with the whole team to make sure every customer leaves happy; which they tend to do because of your natural skills.

Responsibilities
- Welcoming customers and delivering warm, genuine hospitality from the moment they walk in.
- Serving food to a high standard, making sure every dish lands just right.
- Preparing and serving drinks to spec – coffees, cocktails, and everything in between.
- Keeping the bar prepped, stocked, and clean throughout every shift.
- Handling payments accurately and answering customer queries, including allergen questions, with confidence.
Qualifications
- Positive attitude, bags of energy, and a genuine personality.
- Passion for hospitality.
- Good communication skills and the ability to build rapport and trust.
- Self‑motivated with the ability to work at pace.
- Previous hospitality or retail experience is a bonus, but not essential.
