We are hiring Front of House Team Members to join Leo Lounge, a local cafe bar under the Loungers brand.
The role is part of the Bar & Waiting team and involves welcoming customers, serving food and drinks, and ensuring a positive experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcoming customers and delivering warm, genuine hospitality from the moment they walk in.
- Serving food to a high standard, ensuring each dish is presented correctly.
- Preparing and serving drinks to specification, including coffees, cocktails, and other beverages.
- Keeping the bar prepped, stocked, and clean throughout every shift.
- Handling payments accurately and answering customer queries, including allergen questions, with confidence.
Qualifications
- Good communication skills and ability to build rapport.
- Self‑motivated and able to work at pace.
- Previous hospitality or retail experience is a bonus but not essential.
- Natural ability to read customers and adapt style.
- Pay & Schedule
- Hourly pay of up to £12.71 plus tips.
- Tips are shared equally across the team based on hours worked.
- Flexible contract – part‑time, full‑time, or flexible work opportunities including evening and weekend shifts.
