Bar and Waiting Team Member - Evesham

We’re hiring Front of House Team Members to join Orto Lounge, a local café bar. Part of Loungers, proudly named Casual Dining Group of the Year 2026. This role offers flexible work that fits around your life, whether part‑time, full‑time, or flexible contract opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming customers and delivering warm, genuine hospitality from the moment they walk in
• Serving food to a high standard, making sure every dish lands just right
• Preparing and serving drinks to spec – coffees, cocktails, and everything in between
• Keeping the bar prepped, stocked, and clean throughout every shift
• Handling payments accurately and answering customer queries, including allergen questions, with confidence

Qualifications

• Bags of energy and your own personality
• Natural talent and passion for hospitality
• Good communication skills with the ability to build rapport and trust
• A self‑motivator who works at pace
• Previous hospitality or retail experience is a bonus but not essential – training provided
