Bar and Waiting Team Member – Alton. Location: Alton, Hampshire. Employer: Lounge Café Bars (Loungers). Part of Loungers, named Casual Dining Group of the Year 2026.

We are hiring Front of House Team Members to join Antico Lounge, a local caf bar.

Offering up to 12.71 per hour + tips, paid breaks, staff food every shift, and 50% off food and drinks.

Experience isn’t essential—kindness and hospitality are valued, and we’ll teach you the rest.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and deliver warm, genuine hospitality from the moment they walk in.
• Serve food to a high standard and ensure each dish lands correctly.
• Prepare and serve drinks to specification, including coffees and cocktails.
• Keep the bar prepped, stocked, and clean throughout every shift.
• Handle payments accurately and answer customer queries, including allergen questions, with confidence.

• Previous hospitality or retail experience is a bonus, but not essential—we can teach you how to be a great Lounger.
