Lounges are special places, and the people who run them are what makes them special. As a Front of House Team Member, you are natural at making guests feel welcomed and comfortable. You read each customer – whether a quiet coffee patron or a group celebrating a birthday – and adapt your style to suit them. You will work with management and the entire team, delivering 14 great shifts to ensure each customer leaves happy.
