As a Front of House Team Member, you\’re a natural when it comes to making people feel welcome and comfortable. You can read each customer. If there\’s someone with their head in their laptop just wanting a quiet coffee, or a group birthday celebration here for cocktails, tapas and good times, you can effortlessly adapt your style and approach for each.
