The Lounge team is growing! We are looking for a Photoshoot Producer to join our rapidly growing business. Since 2015, Lounge has grown from an eCommerce underwear brand designed to bless women with Comfort Made Sexy into an omnichannel modern fashion house inspired to make a woman feel empowered, beautiful, sexy, and comfortable in one’s skin.
During this growth, our brand has built out 11 departments that underpin all that Lounge stands for and endeavours to be. In this role, you will produce content for eCommerce & campaign content for Lounge, ensuring seamless execution and organisation of shoots and production administration.

What you’ll do at Lounge:
- Collaborate closely with the Brand & Creative teams to plan, produce, and deliver a range of eCommerce and campaign shoots.
- Provide hands-on support on set, ensuring shoots run smoothly and on schedule.
- Oversee the day-to-day management of the eCommerce studio, maintaining an organised, efficient, and shoot-ready environment at all times.
- Scout, secure, and manage shoot locations in line with creative briefs.
- Book and manage models, crew, and key talent, being a main point of contact throughout the production process.
- Source, organise, and manage all props, including purchasing and returns.
- Create and distribute detailed call sheets for all shoots.
- Source and manage all required production documentation, including insurance, permits, and any location or shoot-specific compliance requirements.
- Plan and coordinate product orders, ensuring all items are delivered on time and ready for shoot days.
- Arrange all travel, accommodation, and logistics for photoshoots.
- Be part of styling for shoots with the product team, ensuring brand consistency and attention to detail.
- Lead the production of all flat lay content, including briefing external partners, managing deliverables, and ensuring alignment with product launch schedules.
- Track and manage shoot budgets accurately, ensuring all projects are delivered within parameters.
- Oversee invoicing processes for the Brand team, working closely with Accounts.
- Maintain clear and organised shoot-related administration, ensuring all documentation is up to date and accessible and all processes are kept up to date.
