We're hiring a Front of House Supervisor to be part of the team at Orco Lounge, a local caf bar. Offering up to 13.30/hr tips, paid breaks, staff food every shift, and 50% off food & drinks from day one. This is a great next step for an experienced Front of House Team Leader, Senior Server, or Hospitality Supervisor ready to take the next step in their career!

- Lead from the front during busy shifts, helping the team deliver great service and keep everything running smoothly.
- Support the management team with the day-to-day operation of the lounge, from opening and closing tasks to keeping standards high across the floor.
- Help coach, guide and motivate the team, making sure everyone knows their role and feels confident during service.
- Keep a close eye on the detail, including cleanliness, presentation, food safety, allergens and cash handling processes.
- Step in to handle customer queries or complaints confidently, always aiming to turn a good visit into a great one.
- Play your part in driving sales, managing the bar and pass, and helping create a Lounge that your local community loves coming back to.
- Someone who leads by example on the floor and sets the pace for the team around them.
