Regional Recruitment and Talent Manager – Lounges and Brightside
Lounges are pretty special places, and what makes them so special is the brilliant people who run them. As a Senior General Manager of Ritorno Lounge, Loungers multi million pound flagship site, things will run slightly differently, not only will you be bossing downstairs, leading the team to run 14 great shifts, you will also be taking full control of the Caraboo room, heading up the events side and driving a highly successful events business.

Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate and execute a variety of events, internal and external.
- Manage the sales and events manager in taking the proactive approach.
- Manage the events budget, ensuring cost effective solutions without compromising quality.
- Oversee the team at events, front and back.
- Achieve financial targets by effectively managing costs and maximizing revenue opportunities.
- Monitor daily sales, labour costs and key financial metrics, optimizing staffing levels and scheduling strategies to maintain efficiency without compromising service.

What you’ll bring
- You are probably an existing General Manager or experienced multi-site Operator with a background in restaurants, bars, café or coffee shops.
- You will have experience of working in a high volume bar/restaurant environment serving freshly made food and drinks preparation.
- You will be familiar with managing through clear KPIs and making decisions considering labour; stock; food safety requirements, customer sentiment plus others in line with brand standards and a budget.
- You will have delivered successful training and recruitment of large teams for front of house teams including servers through to Assistant Managers.
- Ideally some experience back of house, understanding what makes kitchen and kitchen teams click would be preferable.
