As Supervisor, you\’ll be supporting the management team to maintain that brilliance, delivering 14 great shifts with the team to make sure that every customer leaves happy. Which they tend to do. It\’s all about the bustle. You\’ll lead from the front, setting the pace high for the team so everyone delivers on time, every time. You\’re all over the detail, never settle for second best and you make it your mission for your Lounge to be the place to go for the local community. It\’s not a job for the faint hearted, but you know you\’ve got what it takes.
