About the Role
Lounges are special places, and what makes them so are the brilliant people who run them — and you'll be one of them. As a Front of House Team Member, you're naturally welcoming and able to make guests feel comfortable. You can read each customer: whether someone seeking a quiet coffee or a group celebrating with cocktails and tapas, you adapt your style seamlessly. You'll work with management and the team, delivering excellent service on 14 shifts to ensure every customer leaves happy — thanks to your natural skills.
