The Wellness Attendant / Lifeguard is a full-time role, working 40 hours per week and including regular weekend, early morning, and evening shifts.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of wellness facilities including wellness barn reception, massage huts, pools, sauna, ice baths, gym, changing rooms, lockers, and cow barn mezzanine.
- Lead a team to deliver outstanding guest service, creating a welcoming and professional atmosphere.
- Prepare and set-up areas for Wellness services and activities/experiences.
- Ensure all facilities are clean, safe, and maintained to the highest standard, following health & safety procedures and SOPs.
- Liaise with and support Housekeeping as required for scheduled deep cleaning of Wellness areas and facilities.
- Liaise with third-party service providers as required/advised by Line Manager for the upkeep of plant, equipment, machinery, interiors and FFE.
- Conduct routine maintenance checks, manage pool plant operations, and uphold safe use of all equipment and facilities.
- Supervise poolside activities, ensure lifeguard duties and first aid readiness, and maintain emergency procedures.
- Represent Louma Farm & Retreat as an ambassador, promoting its ethos and delivering memorable guest interactions.
