Louma Country Hotel is a luxury countryside hotel dedicated to exceptional hospitality and memorable guest experiences. We are seeking a Duty Manager to join our team. You’ll undertake night‑time shifts to oversee the best‑in‑class service to Guests as well as overall site safety and security as per schedules and RAMs and SOPs. Ensuring staff across all Departments are attending to duties and responsibilities in the prescribed manner. Responsibility as primary contact to address comments, queries and requirements from Guests to the highest standard as expected at Louma.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • A passion for Guest service with minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Ability to work 4 to 5 nights per week / 40 hours
  • Flexibility and commitment to perform varied tasks as required to always find a positive solution
  • Strong team player with the ability to work independently when needed
  • Driving License
