Louisa Homecare Ltd is looking for compassionate, dependable Community Support Workers / Care Assistants to join our team.
We have both full-time and part-time care positions available, making this an opportunity for experienced carers as well as people looking to begin a rewarding career in health and social care.
What Will You Be Doing?
- Supporting clients with personal care while protecting their dignity and privacy
- Assisting with medication in accordance with individual care plans
- Preparing meals and drinks
- Supporting mobility and safe movement around the home
- Providing companionship and emotional support
- Helping with everyday activities and household tasks
- Encouraging clients to maintain their independence
- Recognising and reporting changes in a client's health or wellbeing
- Communicating with clients, families, carers and the office team

- A full UK driving licence
- Access to a suitable vehicle for work
- The ability to travel between clients
- The right to work in the UK
Your working pattern may include mornings, evenings and weekends depending on your agreed availability and contracted hours.
