London (East & West) £40,000 - £45,000 Basic | Uncapped Commission | Field-Based

Are you a proven new business salesperson who enjoys opening doors, winning customers and building a territory? We’re expanding our London sales team and looking for a Territory Manager to drive new business growth across hospitality and workwear customers. This is a true field-based sales role, backed by strong service delivery, marketing support, telesales support, and a leadership team that genuinely understands sales.

You’ll manage your own territory, plan your own diary, and be trusted to deliver results without unnecessary micromanagement.

The Opportunity

Why We’re Hiring

Continued growth and investment have created a new opportunity within the London sales team. As Territory Manager, you’ll be responsible for winning new logo business across:

  • Hospitality
  • Workwear customers, including:
    • Manufacturing
    • Light Industrial
    • Food Production
    • Blue-Light Sectors

This is a home-based new business role. Accounts are typically passed to Account Managers after three months, although larger strategic opportunities may be retained for longer.

Salary, Earnings & Targets

  • £40,000 - £45,000 Basic Salary
  • Uncapped Commission
  • 25% Commission Structure

Company Benefits Package

  • Ramp-Up Period
  • No target during the first 3 months
  • 50% target during months 4-6
  • Full target from month 6 onwards

Performance Expectations

Successful Territory Managers typically secure around two new customer wins per month once fully established.
