Are you a natural hunter who enjoys opening doors, building relationships and winning new business? Do you enjoy being out in the field, meeting hotel owners, operators and hospitality decision-makers rather than sitting behind a desk?
We're looking for an ambitious and commercially driven Business Development Manager to develop new business across London and the surrounding areas. You'll be selling premium linen rental and hospitality support services to hotels, serviced apartments, restaurants and leisure operators, backed by one of the most recognised and respected brands in the industry. This is a genuine new business role offering autonomy, flexibility and uncapped earning potential.
The Opportunity
- You'll take ownership of your territory, identifying and winning new customers within the hospitality sector.
- You'll be responsible for the full sales cycle, from prospecting and generating appointments through to presenting solutions, negotiating contracts and securing long-term partnerships.
- You'll retain and develop the relationships you win, allowing you to build a valuable portfolio of customers while continuing to grow your earnings.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and secure new hospitality customers across your territory
- Generate opportunities through networking, referrals, prospecting and field activity
- Sell premium linen rental solutions and associated services
- Conduct customer meetings, site visits and presentations
- Build relationships with Hotel Owners, General Managers, Procurement Teams and Operations Leaders
- Manage the sales process from initial contact through to signed agreement
- Deliver against monthly and annual sales targets
- Maintain a healthy pipeline of opportunities
- Work closely with operational teams to ensure a smooth customer onboarding experience
