L’Ispettore Controllo Qualità Prodotto Finito per il Ready To Wear garantirà la qualità dei prodotti finiti per le linee Prêt-à-porter DONNA & UOMO.

Il ruolo prevede trasferte frequenti presso i siti di produzione esterni durante l'assemblaggio del prodotto finito, per assicurare degli standard di qualità richiesti dalla Maison.

  • Gestire il controllo qualità del prodotto finito presso i siti di confezione durante le linee di produzione e l'assemblaggio finale.
  • Assicurare gli standard di qualità della Maison durante le ispezioni di confezione del prodotto finito.
  • Collaborare con team interni ed esterni per ottimizzare la risoluzione dei problemi.
  • Ottimizzare i processi in relazione agli obiettivi di consegna della Maison.
  • Gestire le priorità settimanali dei controlli con i team interni e fornire avvisi di qualità in tempo reale con briefing sulla situazione e possibili soluzioni.
  • Partecipare a riunioni di revisione dei difetti, audit tecnici e di capacità e agli showroom.
  • Partecipare a riunioni di feedback della rete e di revisione dei KPI, facilitate e guidate dai Responsabili Qualità.
  • Ottimizzare strumenti di prioritizzazione, report di controllo e KPI di controllo qualità.
  • Eseguire controlli eccezionali di pre-serie o TDS per sbloccare la produzione o la spedizione dei prodotti finiti.
  • Verificare l'implementazione delle azioni correttive e il follow-up nei laboratori e fornire coaching quando necessario nel controllo qualità presso i siti di produzione.
  • Profile
  • +5 anni di esperienza in un ambiente industriale/produzione/controllo qualità per Prêt-à-porter (Prêt-à-Porter).
  • Conoscenza dei siti di produzione.
  • Conoscenza tecnica di tessuti, taglio, assemblaggio, flusso di produzione, trattamenti sui tessuti e prodotti finiti.
  • Conoscenza dei gradi di qualità dei prodotti di lusso e sensibilità per le aspettative dei clienti in termini di qualità dei prodotti finiti.
  • Autonomia e capacità di prendere decisioni in linea con gli obiettivi della Maison.
  • Proattività nel proporre soluzioni ai problemi.
  • Disponibilità a lavorare sul campo, con missioni presso i siti di produzione 4 giorni alla settimana; predisposizione a viaggiare ed essere mobile.
  • Padronanza dell'italiano, la conoscenza del francese o dell'inglese verrà considerata un plus.
