The role of the Retail Performance Intern is to be an ambassador of the Brand: you will play a pivotal role in supporting the day-to-day operations and strategic initiatives of our retail network. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands‑on experience within a prestigious luxury environment, focusing on retail excellence and client experience.
Responsibilities
- Administrative Support
- Assist with the preparation and coordination of retail performance reports and dashboards.
- Maintain and organize retail operations documents and internal communications.
- Support team meetings, training sessions, and events by preparing materials and logistics.
- Tool Creation & Process Optimization
- Contribute to the development and enhancement of internal tools and templates to support store operations.
- Help identify areas for process improvement and assist in implementing streamlined solutions.
- Participate in cross‑functional projects aimed at improving retail performance metrics.
- Store Support
- Act as a key point of contact for store teams, providing timely responses and solutions to their operational needs.
- Coordinate and follow up on action plans, ensuring alignment between HQ and retail stores.
- Monitor store compliance with brand guidelines and operational standards.
- Client Experience
- Serve as an ambassador for the brand’s commitment to excellence in client experience.
- Contribute ideas and feedback to enhance the customer journey and in‑store service.
- Support the rollout of client experience initiatives and tools.
Requirements
- Strong organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint); experience with BI tools is a plus.
