As a Private Client Relations Coordinator, you will be an ambassador of the Brand, supporting the client development team in successfully implementing the client development strategy in line with local and global business needs. Your daily tasks include supporting the PCR Manager to coordinate and deliver exceptional client experiences, implementing the clientelling strategy at a country level in line with Central guidelines, and managing travel and hospitality arrangements along with local budget management within the UK, Ireland & South Africa regional network.
Job responsibilities:
- End-to-end support with planning of client experiences.
- Responsible for planning, logistics, execution and budgeting of VIC client treatments to create meaningful client journeys.
- Be available and flexible to manage last minute changes to client programs.
- Operational event guest list management for local in-store and off-site animations throughout the whole network.
- Client gifting management: stock level and anticipation, strategic network allocation, follow up and supplier tendering where needed.
- Connect with all stores across the region to drive Virtual Bridges and ensure clients can access different experiences and products globally.
- Curate targeted data for a variety of specific private client strategic actions to support stores with client targeting/action plans in line with local and global strategy.
- Have a responsibility for accurate creation of related purchase orders (SAP) and validation of invoices, along with diligent and precise documentation of expenses.
- Monitor and support audited activity linked to the department (e.g. sanctions checks, customer data protection).
- Support with creative assets and content for presentation preparations.
- In partnership with RPM, ensure the right content is included in the internal comms platform.
- Store support in both front and back of house where required.
