About the job. Acting as a true Business Partner for their scope and reporting to the HR Director Louis Vuitton UK, Ireland and South Africa, the HRBP is the primary contact for a pool of stores in the Region. They bring HR & business vision in line with the region’s strategic orientations and the Maison's HR initiatives. They daily support managers on individual and collective HR topics regarding their teams, providing comprehensive and close generalist HR expertise and also manage several key initiatives for the whole region.
Responsibilities
- Talent Acquisition & HR Development: manage the entire recruitment process in response to the organization's needs and internal clients. Manage and anticipate needs by sourcing, recruiting and promoting missions between stores to ensure optimal and consistent staffing and teams' development. Understand business needs and proactively propose relevant target structure and organisations. In collaboration with managerial teams, identify employee development needs, and ensure its implementation throughout the year. Drive talent and organisation reviews on a regular basis (OMR), to identify talents and feed succession plans.
- Employee Relations: in partnership with the managers, ensure ER topics are well managed and in a time efficient way within the scope including but not limited to potential investigations, disciplinary and performance improvement plans.
- Rewards, HR Performance and administration: ensure the consistency of C&B packages throughout the year in their scope with the C&B Manager, ensure full accuracy of employment contracts, HR information system, HR trackers etc.
- Manage and develop one HR Advisor.
- Lead one regional initiative (Recruit, Refine, Rise or Retain) in direct contact with relevant counterparts (Steerco, EMEA and or Central HR teams, Stores etc), for the whole Region.

Qualifications
With a higher education degree, generalist or specialized in HR, you have at least 8 years of successful experience in the HR function. Previous experience in Retail and/or Hospitality industry is a big advantage, previous experience working in the Region will be valuable as well as having a first experience managing. Enthusiastic, dynamic, and proactive, you are committed to being a privileged partner for all employees and managers. Your excellent interpersonal skills allow you to adapt to different interlocutors and build quality relationships. Endowed with great observation and analytical skills, you are recognized for your listening skills, your relational and situational intelligence, and you appreciate that teamwork makes the dream work! Agile and autonomous, you are able to work in a fast-paced and changing environment and possess strong influencing abilities. You have a strong command of the UK legal framework and labor law.
