Job responsibilities

  • Client Engagement & Sales:
    • Proactively welcome and engage with clients, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere.
    • Build strong client relationships through personalized interactions, understanding their needs, and anticipating their desires.
    • Master product knowledge across all categories (leather goods, ready‑to‑wear, accessories, etc.) to confidently present and explain features, benefits, and brand heritage.
    • Achieve individual and team sales targets by effectively cross‑selling and up‑selling.
    • Maintain a pristine and visually appealing sales floor, ensuring all products are beautifully presented.
  • Client Relationship Management (CRM):
    • Utilize CRM tools to capture client information, preferences, and purchase history.
    • Proactively follow up with clients through various channels (phone, email, in‑store appointments) to nurture relationships and drive repeat business.
    • Host and participate in client events, developing a strong network of loyal clients.
  • Brand Ambassador:
    • Embody the Louis Vuitton brand image through impeccable presentation, professionalism, and passion for luxury.
    • Maintain an in‑depth understanding of current fashion trends, luxury market insights, and competitor activities.
    • Act as a role model for new team members, contributing to a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Operational Excellence:
    • Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including those related to sales, inventory management, and security.
    • Process transactions accurately and efficiently.
    • Assist with inventory receiving, transfers, and stock management as needed.
