As a Field Coach trainer , your mission is to support and develop retail teams in delivering the client experience to benefit store business. Through local execution of corporate strategy, you will train and coach retail teams, focusing on coaching Client Advisors to become ambassadors of Brand culture, values, and products. Your role is to partner with store teams to deliver the learning path, enable retail teams to enhance client experience, and develop skills to engage clients. You will be based in Harrods and will also dedicate time to New Bond Street and Selfridges London.

Missions

As part of the Louis Vuitton UKISAF team, you will facilitate the learning strategy within your stores, partnering with store management. You will define the roll-out plan to contribute to business growth, addressing store needs through selling skills, product training, and active coaching. You will spend most of your time in stores, coaching and conducting in-store learning.

• Lead a culture of in-store coaching by observing client interactions and coaching team members to improve their performance.
• Support store teams in building individual coaching plans and coaching on selling skills and techniques.
• Provide feedback to Store Management and HR on individual performance and progress.
• Use tools like Dare To Delight and Did You Enjoy to coach individuals and support store improvements.
• Drive key learning initiatives through active in-store coaching to foster a shop-floor focused culture.
• Collaborate with various teams to facilitate workshops and training initiatives to enhance skills and knowledge, improving overall client experience.
• Ensure store management has full visibility on learning activities and provide recommendations as needed.
• Identify potential talents within the store for development and coaching.
• Facilitate onboarding and learning for new starters, liaising with HR for planning.
• Monitor and report on the quality and impact of in-store learning, ensuring retention of training content.
• Act as a platform for sharing best practices among stores and lead by example in company policies and procedures.
