As an Expert Client Advisor, you will be an ambassador of the Brand, with a special focus on a product category. You will ensure that every Client is treated according to the Louis Vuitton promise. Your goal is to discover your Clients and their needs, guiding them across the Brand and delivering an exceptional Client experience while conveying your passion for the product. You will serve as the voice of your category for Clients and the store team. You will proactively reach out to Clients to achieve individual and team goals and to develop your category's business.

- Maintain strong, in-depth, and highly technical expertise in your product category to drive performance.
- Welcome every Client to enhance their experience and set the standard for the best Client service.
- Provide expert advice on your product category, supporting team members with detailed information when needed.
- Act as a style advisor for Clients, assessing their style and recommending matching products.
- Participate actively in store activities, contributing to overall objectives.
- Develop comprehensive knowledge of the Brand and products.
- Drive Commercial Performance of the Category In-Store
- Analyze and promote your product category, monitoring individual and store KPIs monthly.
- Collaborate with the Store Manager and provide feedback to the Head Office on product performance, market trends, and opportunities.
- Create action plans to proactively drive sales, using visual merchandising, clienteling, training, and team activities.
- Be an active ambassador for your category, demonstrating passion and enthusiasm.
- Deepen your product knowledge to handle demanding Client situations effectively.
- Stay informed about industry developments and competitors through regular market analysis.
- Coordinate with Visual Merchandisers to ensure optimal product display aligned with priorities.
- Support & Train the Store Team on the Category
- Partner with the Learning Manager to enhance selling skills and product knowledge.
- Use your expertise to motivate the team, leading briefings and training sessions.
- Conduct 1:1 coaching based on product performance, providing feedback to Managers.
- Observe and support team members during selling activities, especially in introducing your category to high potential clients.
- Client Development
- Implement clienteling strategies for your category.
- Identify and develop high potential Clients, organize events, and grow your client base.
- Lead by example in client management, focusing on local Clients.
- Proactively follow existing Clients and recruit new ones using clienteling tools to build long-term relationships.
